When asked about the Company's growing success story Joanne Willoughby
Sales Director put it down to a number of factors -
"When we first got together and looked at the business potential
it seemed inconceivable to believe we could meet the ever changing
needs of the Identification Market, 9/11 was about to happen and
the World as a whole was moving towards more of a 1984 George
Orwell big brother control society, whether it was politically
correct or not. We as a company decided that identification, although
of paramount importance more now than ever, did not just need
to be control, but could also be fun and friendly as well, hence
the product range we sell. I always have believed that along with
the best customer service possible in our sector along with our
diverse range of identification products we are best placed to
meet any customers need whether it be a high profile client/event
such as Kylie Minogue's world tour or a Cub Scout/School trip.

Although timing is always a crucial element in the Business Community
Jo continued to stress the importance of range and value-

Jo carries on to explain her view of value
